We are a marketing and branding company with a different approach. We participate by partially or completely funding our efforts in exchange for equity or compensation tied to outcome.

New ventures are often strapped for funding and as a result, they’re strapped for marketing, branding, and creative — core ingredients in reaching their full potential. Our financial approach solves this problem. Although we're not for everybody — even established brands looking to create a sustainable competitive advantage and make winning a habit throughout their organization will not only find what we do a welcome change but a welcome relief.

Peter Holmes

Peter has an established history of finding unique insights that elevate a brand’s reputation, integrity, and fame. And as a result, profit.

His career has given him extensive marketing, advertising, and design experience across most major business categories, startups, IPOs, new product development, brand ID creation, as well as philanthropic and political change.

Peter appeared in Marketing Magazine’s ‘Power List’ of the most influential people in Canadian communications. For several years he appeared at the top of Strategy Magazine’s creative report card list of the best Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Writers, at the same time. He’s received some 500 awards from amongst others, Cannes, Clios, the One Show, Facebook Studio Awards, New York Art Directors Club, London International, the ADCC, and Communication Arts. He’s also judged a number of advertising awards schemes including being the first Canadian judge of The One Show. (As an aside, he helped save the Clio Awards, but that’s another story)

His work has appeared in university textbooks, NBC’s and BBC’s ‘World’s Funniest Commercials’, and in the UK’s Campaign Magazine coffee table book, ‘The Signs of our Times’, of which a billboard he created was cited as one of history’s best.

Peter’s work was curator selected for the inaugural and permanent advertising collection of The Royal Ontario Museum and included in The Canadian Graphic Design History Project.
